Hi, we are small city dwellers who have yet to have any camping experience. I'm trying to find information about what to wear, but really have not come up with anything outside of winter wear. We are hiking around Yosemite for the day, on well travelled trails...apparently it will be quite warm. We have the correct shoes, but I have no idea what to wear besides that. I mean, do we need to get dri-fit types of clothing? Is cotton recommended?? I've walked around REI/Sports Authority, but have been overwhelmed. Plus, I didn't ask for sales help, since I'd rather stick to sale items.
